After auditioning these speakers for a couple of months with my home system, I can't seriously recommend them for anything other than rear (or side) surround speakers based on their sound and their construction...With a decent sub you will not be disappointed with these.I fear that the negative reviewer has an agenda or had a bad experience...there designed to be in large enclosures period !!!! good luck selling them...
