this yamaha subwoofer unit is in a stylish case with a design that is small enough for a small room, but sounds big enough for a large room. The bass is clean and precise with no annoying noise or space occupying problems. I recommend this if you are looking for a replacement.

Had to buy by size, not a good thing. But this little workhorse is fantastic. Much better than the huge foot and a half square box that it replaced!!! Good sound and fits behind the entertainment center in the corner totally out of site!

I can and do strongly recommend this combination for a home theater that not only sounds great buts looks good as well...I have 6 in-wall mounted speakers that sounded good but no bass...It also looks good on the floor under my stereo...
